They thought they had seen it all on the TTC.
Just about everything imaginable has happened on the TTC — but never has a bucket of water been dumped over the head of a rider.
Until now.
It happened at the TTC’s Lawrence East SRT station Tuesday night when a man came out of nowhere, took a bucket of water that was being used to wash floors and poured it on top of a woman.
“It looks like an assault,” said TTC spokesman Brad Ross. “It’s terrible. It is being investigated.”
Here’s an an example of the public being able to help catch a suspect and mop up some of the crime that happens on the TTC.
